Your Back Pain Shouldn't Define How You Live Your Life

Generic treatments miss the mark because they treat symptoms, not the underlying cause of your pain.
adjust

You've Been Told to 'Just Rest'

Resting might ease the pain temporarily, but it doesn't fix why your back hurts in the first place. The moment you return to activity, the pain comes right back.

Generic Stretches Aren't Working

You've tried every YouTube video and stretching routine, but nothing addresses your specific movement patterns or the real source of your discomfort.

Quick Adjustments Feel Good but Don't Last

Passive treatments provide temporary relief, but without addressing muscle imbalances and movement dysfunction, you're stuck in a cycle of pain and short-term fixes.

"This place is BETTER—DIFFERENT. Do NOT expect the average experience of going in, quickly being examined and then 'getting cracked' or adjusted and leaving. Cole has offered me real relief through a tailored exercise regimen combined with dry needling. He listens first to truly understand your pain and think through the possible cause(s) of your back pain, then creates a very specific treatment plan."

"Dr. Cole has been great to work with. Initially came in with lower back pain directly related to golf. The treatment was a series of multiple weeks that created a focused plan rather than a quick appointment to fix the immediate pain. I was provided with movements to do on my own time to strengthen muscles to support my pain points. 6 weeks later and I can play a full round with little to no pain."

"Dr. Cole did a great job helping me with my chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pain. He focuses on fixing the root cause and doesn't just treat the symptom like most doctors do. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole to anyone."
